Craniosacral Therapy targets the Craniosacral and fascial system, releases tension, improves fluid movement, and enhances overall body function. Our approach gently unwinds and releases fascial strain, promoting optimal mobility and brain function. Smooth and open craniosacral fascial system facilitates the free flow of cerebrospinal fluid, aiding in nourishment and toxin cleansing. Beyond CFT, our therapist incorporates other modalities tailored to individual needs.
PerFacT protocol taps into the body’s benefit that results from intense exercise. As your muscles are stimulated, they release myokines that give your body a boost like growth hormones. This treatment is developed to complement ALF airway therapy. In our patients that lack energy to heal, grow, and develop, PerFacT can provide the boost necessary. Patients with retained primitive reflexes and patients with history of chronic pain or physical injury can benefit. PerFacT utilizes radial shockwave (rEWST, ePAT) technology, which has been used in hospital for over a decade to break up kidney stones, in treatments to stimulating bone healing and in esthetic procedures to reduce cellulite.

Vicky is a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist with thirty years of experience. She practices advanced craniosacral therapy which she has honed in helping teach at the prestigious Upledger Institute. Her experience includes neuromuscular therapy techniques, myofascial decompression, and neuro-manipulation techniques. Vicky has Intra-Oral therapy certification and she is experienced with treating special needs clients and children. Vicky has served as Instructor at the NW Academy for the Healing Arts.
